Fncher Privacy Policy

Fncher ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service at fncher.com and any related services. This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account & Verification Data

(required for all agents and brokers)

  • Full legal name
  • Email address
  • State of licensure
  • Real estate license number
  • Official state license profile URL
  • Physical address and geolocation (latitude/longitude)
  • Photo of your government-issued ID or driver’s license (temporarily stored in Google Cloud Storage and permanently deleted after approval or rejection)

Profile & Usage Data

  • Profile picture (optional, permanent)
  • Bio, phone, age, years of experience
  • FncherOne subscription status and Stripe customer/account IDs
  • Open house postings, requests, bookings, and reports (including up to 5 photos per report)

Open House Marketplace Data

(collected as part of the Service)

  • Private instructions, emergency contact phone numbers, lockbox codes, access notes, and other sensitive property information shared only with confirmed booking agents
  • Visitor check-in data (name, email, phone, notes) submitted at open houses

Visitor Check-In Data (collected publicly from non-users): Name, email, phone, interested status, and notes.

Automatically Collected Data: IP address, browser type, device information, Cloudflare Turnstile verification data, geohash-based location data, cookies, etc.

We do not collect sensitive financial information directly (payments are processed through Stripe).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To verify your identity and real estate license
  • To process and review your application (pending → approved)
  • To operate the open house marketplace
  • To process FncherOne subscriptions and credit purchases via Stripe
  • To manage brokerage affiliations
  • To send transactional and confirmation emails
  • To improve our Service and for analytics
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as necessary:

  • With service providers (Firebase, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, Stripe)
  • With approved brokers (basic profile and badge data)
  • Private open house instructions are shared only with the confirmed booking agent
  • Visitor check-in data is shared only with the hosting agent

We never sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention

ID images are permanently deleted immediately after approval or rejection.
Visitor sign-in data is deleted after report submission.
Private open house data is retained only for the duration of the event and then deleted unless required for legal compliance.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing legal@fncher.com.
