- Full name
- Email address (optional)
- Phone number
- Stated intent (buy, sell, both, or browsing)
- Any notes or questions the visitor provides
This information is collected exclusively so the hosting agent and the original listing/posting agent can follow up with the visitor regarding the property or related real estate services. By checking the acceptance box and submitting the form, the visitor expressly consents to their information being shared with those licensed real estate professionals and stored as part of the work report record.
Automatically Collected Data: IP address, device information, Cloudflare Turnstile data, geohash location data, and usage analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To manually review and verify agent and broker applications
- To operate the open house marketplace and promotion boost system
- To process FncherOne subscriptions and credit purchases
- To facilitate work report reviews between agents
- To generate and deliver visitor leads from open house sign-ins to the hosting agent and listing agent for follow-up
- To send transactional emails (welcome, decline, notifications)
- To comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
- With service providers (Firebase, Google Cloud Storage, Cloudflare, Stripe)
- With approved brokers (limited profile and performance data)
- Private open house instructions are shared only with the confirmed booking agent
- Visitor check-in data (name, email, phone, intent, notes) is shared only with the hosting agent and, when applicable, the original listing/posting agent via the work report
- Work report reviews affect visible review counts on profiles
We never sell your personal data.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Government ID images: Permanently deleted from Google Cloud Storage immediately upon approval or rejection of an application.
- Rejected applications: All data (including Firebase Auth account) is permanently deleted. No data from rejected applications is retained.
- Visitor sign-in data: Temporary records in the sign-in collection are permanently deleted after the hosting agent submits their work report. However, the visitor’s name, contact information, intent, and notes are preserved inside the submitted work report document(s) so the hosting agent and listing agent can retain them as leads for follow-up purposes.
- Private open house data and proof photos: Retained only for the duration of the event and then deleted unless required for legal compliance.
- Work reports and reviews: Retained for platform integrity and review history.

7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including Firebase and Google Cloud Storage security configurations, to protect your data.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
